The website www.haidihai.ro is owned by HAIDIHAI SRL as the seller, with its registered office in Ia\u0219i, Ia\u0219i County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J22\/240\/2018, having Unique Registration Code 38795761.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Buyer<\/strong> \u2013 natural person\/legal entity or any legal entity that places an order on the www.haidihai.ro website.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong> \u2013 natural person\/legal entity who has or obtains access to CONTENT, by any means of communication made available by HAIDIHAI (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing user agreement between HAIDIHAI and them, and who requires the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Account<\/strong> \u2013 the section of the www.haidihai.ro website consisting of an email address and a password that allows the buyer to submit an order and contains information about the client\/buyer and the buyer&#8217;s history on the site.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Site<\/strong> \u2013 the domain www.haidihai.ro.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Order<\/strong> \u2013 an electronic document that serves as a form of communication between the seller and the buyer, through which the buyer transmits to the seller, via the site, their intention to purchase goods from the site.<\/li>&#13;\n<li><strong>Goods<\/strong> \u2013 any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the order, to be supplied by the seller to the buyer as a result of the placed order.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>ORDER NOTES<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The minimum order value is 55 lei.<br\/>Shipping cost in Romania is 20.34 lei.<br\/>Delivery to EasyBox &#8211; 15.25 lei.<br\/>Orders over 350.50 lei may benefit from free shipping.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Delivery of products ordered on the site will be made by fast courier within 3-4 days of confirmation.<br\/>The cost of return shipping is not covered by our company.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>PAYMENT NOTES<\/strong><br\/>Payment for the order can be made in advance, via the card payment option through the affiliated payment system, in advance by bank transfer based on the invoice, or cash on delivery when the package is picked up.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Online payment by bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa\/Maestro\/Mastercard).<\/strong><br\/>If you have chosen the \u201cOnline by bank card\u201d payment method, you need to complete a form with your card information on the payment processor&#8217;s secure page.<br\/>\u2013 Payments with credit\/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa\/Visa Electron and MasterCard\/Maestro) are made through the \u201c3-D Secure\u201d system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions have the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in a physical environment, at the merchant.<br\/>\u2013 \u201c3-D Secure\u201d primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store&#8217;s servers or on the payment processor&#8217;s servers, as this data is directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Important to know!<\/strong>  \u2013 No commission is charged for bank card payments!<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>All terms included in the terms and conditions are interpreted as terms expressed in <strong>calendar days.<\/strong> If the last day of the term is a non-working day, our company extends the term accordingly. The delivery period for our products in Romania is 3-4 calendar days from the confirmation of your order. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Prices <\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>On the site, you will find clear information about price and stock availability. The prices displayed on the site for products are final prices including VAT. The final amount you have to pay is the final price including VAT. Accepted payment methods are by bank card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier.   <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>According to OUG 34\/2014, a distance selling contract<\/strong> represents any contract <strong>concluded<\/strong> between a professional and a consumer without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication, up to and including the <strong>moment the<\/strong> <strong>contract is<\/strong> <strong>concluded (confirmation of order acceptance by the professional)<\/strong>, under which the professional undertakes to transfer ownership of products to the consumer, and the consumer <strong>undertakes<\/strong> to pay their price.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Orders placed online on the site will need to be <strong>confirmed<\/strong>, so please provide correct details.<br\/>If the ordered products arrive damaged, please <strong>do not accept delivery and contact us by phone<\/strong> from the location.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><br\/><strong>General delivery conditions<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>We will deliver the products by transferring physical possession or control of the products to you, without undue delay and in any case within the terms mentioned in the \u201cDelivery Term\u201d section <strong>OR<\/strong>, within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we fail to fulfill our obligation to deliver the products at the agreed time with you or within the maximum 30-day period, you have the right to request delivery within an additional period, appropriate to the circumstances. If we do not deliver the products within that additional period, you have the right, as the case may be, to terminate the contract. And our company will reimburse without undue delay all sums paid under the contract with you and within a <strong>maximum of 7 days<\/strong> from the date you informed us that you no longer wish to honor the contract.    <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>You benefit from a period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs <strong>other than those directly related to the return of the products<\/strong>. The withdrawal period expires within <strong>14 days<\/strong> <strong>from<\/strong> the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, <strong>acquires physical possession of the products<\/strong> or the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, <strong>acquires physical possession of the last product\/last item<\/strong> (in case you order multiple products\/items in a single order that will be delivered separately). <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period (<strong>14 days<\/strong>), you are obliged to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, you have at your disposal the <strong>standard withdrawal form below<\/strong> or you can make any other unequivocal statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract, specifying the purchased products (email \/ fax \/ mail, etc.), and we will communicate to you without delay the confirmation of receipt of the <strong>withdrawal form.<\/strong>   <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haidihai.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/formular-de-retragere-produs.doc\">Withdrawal Form<\/a><\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Your obligations in case of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>You are obliged to return the products to our company (or a person authorized by our company to receive the products), without undue delay, in their <strong>original, intact, unused packaging<\/strong> and within a <strong>maximum of 14 days<\/strong>, by submitting the withdrawal form or by any unequivocal statement mentioned in the section \u201c<strong>Exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong>\u201d. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by you before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. <strong>You bear only the direct costs related to the return of the products<\/strong>. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Unsealed or used products (e.g., paints, dirty brushes, etc.) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Our obligations in case of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>If you withdraw, we will reimburse any amount we have received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another reimbursement method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. <strong>We have the legal possibility to postpone the reimbursement of payment<\/strong> until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Exceptions to withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>You are only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, <strong>other than<\/strong> what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. Our company <strong>will provide proof of the diminished value of the products<\/strong> resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, which will not be discouraging for you so as to prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The diminished value will be charged for returned products that show physical modifications, signs of use or excessive wear, unauthorized interventions, or other aspects, such that the item can no longer be restored to its original condition except through a series of additional technical manufacturing processes. For used returned products, the value will be diminished according to OUG 34\/2014, art. 14, para.  3. The diminished value of products in the cases mentioned above can reach a maximum of 25% of the purchase value of the product due to the company&#8217;s costs for restoring it to its original state, depending on the case. Also, products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, as presented on the online platform, are not returned. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Costs and special fees for cancellation of purchase<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Costs borne by the buyer:<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>You will cover the <strong>return and courier shipping costs<\/strong> if you cancel the purchase of the product within 14 days of receiving the product. (art. 14, point 2). If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, you will be charged a fee for restoring it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at your option, we will reship the original product to you at your expense. (art. 14, point 3);   <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Transfer of risk<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The delivery of products to you is our responsibility. In contracts where our company delivers the products to you (including through a courier company), the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you only when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, <strong>acquires physical possession of the products<\/strong>. However, the risk is transferred to you in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract, at the moment of delivery of the products to the carrier, if the carrier was entrusted by you to transport the products, and this option was not offered by our company, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Warranties<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Products sold on this site do not benefit from a warranty, with the exception of wooden boxes with and without mechanisms, whose commercial warranty is 30 days from purchase.
