An order on www.haidihai.ro can be placed with or without creating a user account.
We recommend creating a user account on the website before placing your order.

You can pay online with a card or cash on delivery when you receive your order.

We deliver through the courier company Sameday.

The cost of express courier shipping is:

– in the country (anywhere in Romania) – 20 lei;

– for orders over 350 lei – FREE

It may happen, however, that a certain product is temporarily unavailable – this will be communicated by one of our colleagues by phone and the invoice will be issued with the value of the missing product deducted.

Tip: before completing your order on the website www.haidihai.ro, we recommend that you carefully read the information on the Terms and Conditions page, as it represents the clauses of a distance contract. By placing the order, you agree to comply with these clauses.

On each product page, on the right side, you can see their availability. The estimate is variable and availability cannot be guaranteed. This information is the same as what we can provide by phone (from the Customer Relations department). If the product is not available, you can activate the email notification option in the dedicated text box.

The available delivery intervals for products are automatically generated by our system based on when the order is placed. For orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM, we strive to ship them the same day. Delivery will be made within 24/48 hours from when the package is picked up by the courier company.

The package delivery time depends on the area where delivery will actually take place and may be extended up to 7 days.

Also, delivery delays may occur during busy periods throughout the year.

You can track the shipment status on the courier company’s website.

AWB details can be found in your account.

If you are from Iași and want to pick up your order from our location, saving the courier shipping cost, the payment method will be: Online payment with bank card or by bank transfer, after the invoice is issued.

We accept cash only from legal entities for which we issue a receipt.

Pickup hours for orders: 8:00 – 16:30.

It’s important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase from www.haidihai.ro. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. For purchases from www.haidihai.ro, we will fully refund the value of the products using the same payment method used for the initial payment, as long as the returned products are new and unused, accompanied by proof of purchase and in their original packaging.
